Profilo professionale: la figura ricercata avrà il ruolo di definire e attuare la strategia di SalutAI dall'invenzione alla commercializzazione del prodotto sul mercato, guidandone lo sviluppo dei prodotti e della tecnologia nelle varie fasi. Il CEO gestirà le politiche finanziarie e le relazioni con gli investitori. Sarà punto di riferimento per la creazione del team e responsabile delle partnership in Svizzera e in Europa, gestirà i rapporti commerciali e rappresenterà l'azienda nei confronti di investitori, enti/cliniche ospedaliere, autorità di regolamentazione e istituzioni pubbliche.

Mansioni: - guida la strategia aziendale, definisce la visione e i piani aziendali annuali, costituisce e guida i team executive e R&D in ogni fase del processo di progettazione; ricopre il ruolo di Product Manager per i prodotti di SalutAI - guida la roadmap e l'architettura del prodotto, compresi i modelli di AI e i dati provenienti da dispositivi o da sensori fisiologici - guida il prodotto verificandone le leggi applicabili (Svizzera, EU MDR e US FDA) ed è responsabile della supervisione fino alla validazione clinica - elaborare e gestire la strategia in materia di brevetti nei settori del biosensing, elaborazione dei segnali e analisi dei dati sanitari - responsabile della creazione del team qualificato in Ticino, del coordinamento dei processi interni finanziari, governance, compliance e HR, di verifica dei piani finanziari a breve/medio/lungo termine, punto di riferimento principale per gli investitori - responsabile nell'instaurazione di collaborazioni con ospedali in Svizzera ed Europa, istituti di ricerca locali e clinici, assicurazioni e produttori di dispositivi sanitari - garantire la conformità dei prodotti alle regolamentazioni della LPD e GDPR e nell'utilizzo dell'AI e dei dati sanitari

Requisiti: - Dottorato (Ph.D) in Informatica, ingegneria elettrica, ingegneria biomedica o formazione strettamente correlata - titolo di studio in AI nel settore sanitario conseguito presso università/istituti di rilevanza e all'avanguardia, integrato poi con un'esperienza pratica nell'applicazione dell'IA ai dati sanitari - almeno 15 anni di esperienza (anche in start-up o come fondatore) in qualità di CEO o CTO di aziende tecnologiche internazionali, con almeno 10 anni di esperienza alla guida di aziende operanti nel settore sanitario e dei dispositivi medici - M&A/Business Development/Governance background - comprovata e consolidata esperienza pratica nel campo del rilevamento fisiologico non invasivo, monitoraggio sanitario tramite dispositivi indossabili e dei biosensori ottici multisensoriali (tra cui pressione arteriosa, frequenza respiratoria e frequenza cardiaca), con utilizzo anche di modelli di AI, della ricerca e sviluppo nel settore dei dispositivi medici, semiconduttori ed EDA software - pluriennale esperienza nell'invenzione di tecnologie sanitare, attraverso le fasi di R&D, compliance normativa, fino alla commercializzazione del prodotto - pluriennale esperienza in materia di regolamentazione di brevetti, licenze, leggi sulla proprietà intellettuale in contesti normativi svizzeri, EU e US FDA. È necessaria la conoscenza specifica della LPD e GDPR - rafforzata esperienza nella costituzione e nella guida di un team di ingegneri multinazionali, con riferimento in particolare ad aziende start - up e che operano nel campo dell'AI nel settore medicale e sanitario
