DIAMOND SA è leader nello sviluppo e produzione di componenti per fibra ottica, che vengono venduti in tutto il mondo. Per le nuove e crescenti sfide in ambito tecnico cerchiamo nuovi collaboratori. Per rafforzare il nostro team tecnico cerchiamo un Ingegnere / Tecnico industriale specializzato in ceramiche tecniche da inserire nell’area di sviluppo e fabbricazione di componenti in ceramica tecnica.

Ingegnere / Tecnico industriale specializzato in ceramiche tecniche ===================================================================

sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e del supporto dei processi produttivi, con particolare riferimento alle tecnologie CIP “Cold Isostatic Pressing” e CIM “Ceramic Injection Moulding”, agli impianti e alle relative attrezzature.

Compiti principali

I Suoi compiti principali comprendono:

  • sviluppo, ottimizzazione e controllo dei processi di fabbricazione
  • definizione e verifica dei requisiti tecnici e qualitativi e dei relativi parametri di processo
  • definizione di KPI e analisi delle prestazioni di processo
  • redazione e aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica e di processo
  • supporto tecnico alla produzione e analisi delle problematiche e dei guasti
  • collaborazione alle attività di manutenzione preventiva
  • gestione di progetti di sviluppo di nuovi componenti e processi ceramici
  • interfaccia con R\&D, Produzione, Qualità, Manutenzione e con i richiedenti interni ed esterni.

Le sue qualifiche per questa posizione --------------------------------------

  • Formazione tecnica, preferibilmente in Ingegneria dei Materiali, Meccanica, Chimica o Industriale
  • esperienza o forte interesse per i processi di fabbricazione di ceramiche tecniche
  • capacità analitiche e di problem solving
  • attitudine alla gestione di progetti e al lavoro interdisciplinare

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale la conoscenza dei processi CIP/CIM, dei relativi impianti e delle metodologie di controllo e caratterizzazione dei processi.
