Ingenieur/in Industrialisierung \& Projektmanagement (80\-100 %), Arbeitsort Chur

In kleinen, interdisziplinären Teams entwickeln und realisieren wir Produkte von der ersten Idee bis zur Serienproduktion. In dieser Funktion bist du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung und Produktion tätig und stellst sicher, dass aus innovativen Produktideen fertigungsgerechte Lösungen werden.

Dein Profil:

  • Ingenieur FH/ETH, vorzugsweise im Bereich Maschinenbau
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement und in der Industrialisierung
  • Erfahrung in der Konstruktion und Bemessung von Kunststoff\- und Metallbauteilen
  • Erfahrung mit den gängigen 3D\-CAD\-Programmen
  • Vorzugsweise Kenntnisse in für die Entwicklung relevanten Programmiersprachen ( , JS, etc.)
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

  • Technische Projekte und Industrialisierungen von der Machbarkeit bis zum Produktionsanlauf planen, koordinieren und steuern
  • Machbarkeitsabklärungen durchführen
  • Produktionslösungen entwickeln und umsetzen
  • Prototypen, Vorserien und Produktionsanläufe begleiten
  • Beteiligte Fachbereiche und externe Partner koordinieren
  • Spezifikationen und Stücklisten erstellen
  • Projektdokumentation führen

Du bist eine vorausschauende, lösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit sehr gutem Selbstmanagement und einer pragmatischen Denkweise. Du erkennst Zusammenhänge und behältst auch bei komplexen Aufgaben den Überblick. Herausforderungen gehst du selbstständig und strukturiert an und findest dabei praktikable Wege. Du kommunizierst souverän und klar, bringst dich aktiv ein und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben. Dabei hast du Freude daran, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und bestehende Ansätze laufend weiterzuentwickeln.
