Du entwickelst gerne massgeschneiderte Energie- und HLK-Konzepte und setzt diese engagiert um? Energieverbünde und grossen Wärmezentralen zu planen, bereitet dir Freude? Projekte durch allen Planungsphasen (CAD) führen, von der Dimensionierung über die Fachbauleitung bis und mit zur Koordination auch?

Neben spannender Projektarbeit und bei passender Eignung, könntest du auch (nach Einigung) Mitarbeitende des zehnköpfigen HLK-Planungsteams betreuen.

Deine Aufgaben:

Als Projektleiter Heizung/Kälte (a) 80-100% erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben:

  • Projektleitung und Planung von heizungs- und kältetechnischen Anlagen
  • Erstellen und umsetzen von Konzepten in den verschiedenen Planungsphasen
  • Erstellen von Submissionen und diversen Berechnungen
  • Regelmässige Teilnahme an internen und externen Projektsitzungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen durch interdisziplinäre Teams
  • Baubegleitung

Dein Profil:

Für die Tätigkeit als Projektleiter Heizung/Kälte (a) 80-100% sind im Idealfall die folgenden Kompetenzen wünschenswert:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Gebäudetechnikplaner
  • Vorzugsweise eine höhere Fachausbildung (HF oder FH) im Bereich HLK
  • Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter in der Heizungs- und/oder Kälteplanung
  • Hands-on Mentalität sowie team- und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Exakte Arbeitsweise und Begeisterung fürs digitale Entwerfen und Modellieren
