Innendienst Versicherungsbroker ===============================

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Bern suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende, belastbare und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit. In dieser abwechslungsreichen Funktion übernehmen Sie Verantwortung im Tagesgeschäft betreuen unsere Kundinnen und Kunden mit hoher Fachkompetenz und tragen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Standorts bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Koordination des Tagesgeschäfts im Innendienst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Partnern und Fachbereichen
  • Erstellung und Nachbearbeitung von Offerten, Policen und Vertragsunterlagen sowie Vergleich von Deckungen und Konditionen
  • Pflege der Kunden\- und Vertragsdaten im Bestandssystem inklusive Fristen\- und Terminüberwachung
  • Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Partnern und Versicherungsgesellschaften unter Einhaltung der regulatorischen Vorgaben gemäss FINMA

Das bringst du mit

  • solide kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie Abschluss als Versicherungsvermittler/in VBV oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zeitnah zu erwerben. Voraussetzung für den Eintrag ins FINMA Vermittlerregister
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Versicherungsinnendienst, idealerweise bei einem Broker
  • sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, beides verhandlungssicher in direktem
  • Kundenkontakt
  • strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und proaktive Zusammenarbeit
  • ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
