Innov Group, entreprise faisant partie d'Infra Group, est active dans les secteurs des télécommunications, du génie civil et de l'énergie.

Dans le cadre de notre développement et de la structuration de notre organisation interne, nous souhaitons intégrer la gestion comptable directement au sein de notre entreprise.

Nous recherchons un(e) Comptable autonome, rigoureux(se) et polyvalent(e) pour accompagner notre croissance et assurer le suivi comptable et financier de nos différents départements d'activité.

Vos missions ------------

En collaboration directe avec la direction et les responsables de département, vous aurez notamment pour responsabilités :

  • Assurer la tenue de la comptabilité générale et auxiliaire (clients et fournisseurs).
  • Gérer la comptabilisation et le suivi des factures clients et fournisseurs.
  • Assurer le suivi des débiteurs, des créanciers et des encaissements.
  • Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires et participer à la gestion de la trésorerie.
  • Assurer le suivi de la comptabilité analytique par département, activité et projet.
  • Participer au suivi financier des chantiers et des projets.
  • Gérer les immobilisations et les amortissements.
  • Préparer les décomptes TVA conformément à la réglementation suisse.
  • Participer aux clôtures comptables périodiques et à la préparation des comptes annuels.
  • Accompagner la transition de notre comptabilité actuellement externalisée auprès d'une fiduciaire vers une gestion interne.
  • Contribuer à la mise en place et à l'amélioration des procédures comptables et administratives.

Votre profil ------------

  • Formation en comptabilité, finance ou titre jugé équivalent.
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction comptable en Suisse.
  • Bonne maîtrise des normes et pratiques comptables suisses ainsi que de la TVA.
  • Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et des logiciels comptables.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français ; l'anglais et/ou l'allemand constituent un atout.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, fiabilité et sens de l'organisation.
  • Esprit d'analyse et capacité à gérer plusieurs activités simultanément.
  • relationnel et capacité à collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles et la direction.
  • Esprit d'initiative et intérêt pour l'amélioration des processus internes.

Une expérience dans les secteurs du génie civil, de la construction, des télécommunications ou de l'énergie serait un avantage.
