We are an internationally renowned industrial company headquartered in Cressier near Neuchâtel. We develop, design, and manufacture centrifugal pumps and control valves that are used in demanding sectors such as industry, chemicals, and wastewater technology.

To strengthen our sales department, \& Cie SA is looking for an:

Inside Administrator ====================

In Cressier (NE) or Wangen (SZ) depending on your place of residence

In this exciting role, you will be the central interface between our customers, the sales force, and the technical departments. You will maintain an overview from the initial customer contact to the final order processing – and actively contribute to finding the best solutions for demanding applications.

Your responsibilities:

  • Preparing quotations and sales offers
  • Processing customer orders
  • Maintaining customer records in ERP/CRM systems
  • Coordinating with customers, sales teams, and production
  • Following up on deliveries and documentation
  • Handling general sales administration

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training (technical background)
  • Interest in technical products and customer interaction
  • MS Office skills
  • mother tongue and good English skills. French is a real advantage
  • Team player with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in sales support is an advantage but not required

Your personality:

  • Independent, structured, and solution\-oriented approach to work
  • High level of commitment, initiative, and sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and assertiveness
