TES TÂCHES

  • Tu assures le bon fonctionnement de notre infrastructure technique du bâtiment
  • Tu effectues des travaux de maintenance, d-entretien et de réparation sur les installations techniques
  • Tu prends en charge nos installations CVC et résous les pannes de manière efficace et durable
  • Tu surveilles et optimises les systèmes et processus techniques
  • Tu documentes ton travail dans des rapports d-activité et de matériel
  • Tu effectues des services de garde et soutiens les parties prenantes internes et externes pour les questions techniques

TON PROFIL

  • Formation professionnelle technique achevée dans le domaine de la technique du bâtiment ou dans une discipline similaire
  • Expérience en maintenance d-installations techniques ainsi que connaissances dans les domaines chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (CVC)
  • Idéalement expérience avec le système de gestion technique du bâtiment Siemens Desigo CC
  • Mode de travail autonome, fiable et orienté solutions
  • Esprit d-équipe ainsi que plaisir à collaborer avec différentes parties prenantes
  • Résidence dans un rayon d-environ 30 minutes de la Clinique St. Anna pour les interventions de garde
