Bei Delica übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Instandhaltung, analysierst Störungen, optimierst Wartungsstrategien und arbeitest mit internen sowie externen Partnern zusammen. Was du bewegst

  • Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst präventive sowie zustandsorientierte Instandhaltungsmassnahmen für unsere Produktions\- und Infrastrukturanlagen.
  • Du analysierst Störungen, Ausfälle und Instandhaltungskennzahlen und leitest daraus nachhaltige Verbesserungsmassnahmen ab.
  • Du erstellst, optimierst und pflegst Wartungspläne, technische Stammdaten sowie Instandhaltungsaufträge in SAP PM.
  • Du koordinierst interne Fachbereiche, Teamleiter sowie externe Dienstleister und stellst eine effiziente Ressourcenplanung sicher.
  • Du entwickelst die Instandhaltungsstrategie kontinuierlich weiter und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Betriebssicherheit.

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ)
  • Fachrichtung: vorzugsweise im mechanischen Umfeld; eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Instandhaltung, Technik oder Arbeitsplanung ist von Vorteil.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Instandhaltungsplaner oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion innerhalb eines industriellen Produktionsumfelds.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge, Anlagenkritikalitäten und Instandhaltungsdaten systematisch zu beurteilen und daraus wirksame Massnahmen abzuleiten.
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP PM sowie Erfahrung in Wartungsplanung, Auftragsabwicklung, Stammdatenpflege und dem Umgang mit MS Office.
  • Deutsch (C1\)
