Die Villa Christine in Biel ist eine betreute Wohngemeinschaft für rund 20 Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen. Überschaubar, persönlich und mit kurzen Wegen.

Im Jahr 2027 beginnt für uns ein neues Kapitel. Mit neuer Trägerschaft, neuen Ideen und vor allem mit viel Lust, die Villa Christine gemeinsam weiterzuentwickeln.

Dafür suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die fachlich stark ist, Menschen führen kann und Verantwortung nicht nur übernimmt, sondern gerne gestaltet.

Was dich erwartet

  • Du übernimmst die Institutionsleitung und Fachleitung der Villa Christine und damit eine Schlüsselrolle in unserer Organisation.
  • Du führst ein kleines, eingespieltes Betreuungsteam, bist nahe bei unseren Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern und sorgst dafür, dass im Alltag fachlich wie menschlich alles funktioniert.
  • Gleichzeitig bekommst du echten Gestaltungsspielraum. Prozesse verbessern, das Team entwickeln, neue Ideen einbringen und gemeinsam mit dem Verwaltungsrat überlegen, wie sich die Villa Christine in den kommenden Jahren entwickeln soll.
  • Wir suchen keine Person, die einfach den bisherigen Betrieb verwaltet. Wir suchen jemanden, der Lust hat, die nächste Phase der Villa Christine mitzuprägen.

Was du mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über einen anerkannten Tertiärabschluss, beispielsweise in Sozialpädagogik, Sozialarbeit oder als dipl. Pflegefachperson.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits Führungserfahrung und kennst das Umfeld einer sozialen oder gesundheitlichen Institution.
  • Noch wichtiger ist uns aber deine Persönlichkeit. Du bist bodenständig, entscheidungsfreudig, organisiert und kannst Menschen für dich gewinnen. Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner genauso wie für Mitarbeitende.
  • Deine Muttersprache ist Deutsch

  • Jahreslohn zwischen CHF 108’000 und 126’000, je nach Erfahrung (Angabe bei 100% Pensum)
  • Pensum: 60 bis 80%
