Interim Head of HR (m/w) 100%

Für ein klar befristetes Interim\-Mandat bei einem Industrieunternehmen mit rund 400 Mitarbeitenden in der Region Basel suchen wir eine erfahrene, pragmatische und hands\-on orientierte HR\-Persönlichkeit, die das operative HR\-Geschäft während 3 bis 4 Monaten verantwortet und steuert. Der Einsatz ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung möglich.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

* Verantwortung für das operative HR\-Tagesgeschäft und Führung von 2 Mitarbeitenden * Sicherstellung und Begleitung der Payroll\-Prozesse * Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in sämtlichen HR\-Fragestellungen * Bearbeitung arbeitsrechtlicher Themen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter gesetzlicher Vorgaben * Verantwortung für den gesamten HR\-Lifecycle – von Ein\- und Austritten über das Vertragswesen und Mutationen bis hin zur Abwicklung sämtlicher weiterer Personalprozesse Ihr Profil

* Mehrjährige, Erfahrung im operativen HR, in einer Führungsrolle * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Payroll und im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht * Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise * Ausgeprägte Hands\-on\-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in bestehende Strukturen einzuarbeiten * Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften * Hohe Verlässlichkeit und Umsetzungsstärke j4id10432785jm j4it1041jm j4iy26jm
