IP Paralegal / Patentfachangestellte:r (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

* + Administrative Betreuung des internationalen Patent\-, Marken\- und Designportfolios sowie Pflege der IP\-Datenbank und elektronischen Akten + Bearbeitung des Posteingangs, Erfassung und Überwachung relevanter Fristen sowie Korrespondenz mit internen Ansprechpartnern, externen Beratern und IP\-Ämtern in deutscher und englischer Sprache + Vorbereitung und elektronische Einreichung von Schutzrechtsanmeldungen sowie administrative Begleitung der Verfahren von der Anmeldung bis zur Erteilung, Eintragung oder Verlängerung + Koordination und Kontrolle von Jahres\-, Verlängerungs\- und Amtsgebühren über die Online\-Dienste nationaler und internationaler IP\-Ämter, insbesondere IGE, EPA und WIPO + Durchführung und Auswertung von Markenrecherchen und Verfügbarkeitsprüfungen sowie Überwachung relevanter Markenveröffentlichungen + Erstellung von Portfolioübersichten, Statistiken und Reports sowie Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung und Rechnungsbearbeitung + Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität im IP\-Managementsystem sowie Mitwirkung bei der Vereinfachung und Digitalisierung administrativer Abläufe im IP\-Bereich

Ihre Qualifikationen

* + Kaufmännische Ausbildung (KV oder vergleichbare Qualifikation), idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung als Patentfachangestellte/r, IP Paralegal oder das Europäische Patentverwaltungszertifikat (EPVZ) + Sehr strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Fristenbewusstsein und hohe Organisationsfähigkeit + Gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift + Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Intellectual\-Property\-Bereich, vorzugsweise in einem Industrieunternehmen sind wünschenswert + Gute Kenntnisse der Online\-Dienste und Register nationaler und internationaler IP\-Ämter von Vorteil + Erste Erfahrung mit IP\-Managementsystemen, insbesondere IP Now
