Über die Position

Als 1st Level Support Specialist wirst du zur zentralen Schnittstelle zwischen internen Anwendern, modernen Workplace\-Technologien sowie externen Hardware\-Partnern und übernimmst dabei folgende Aufgaben:

Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Erste Hilfe im Alltag: Du hilfst Kolleginnen und Kollegen via Ticket unkompliziert bei Fragen rund um Mac und Windows.
  • Hardware \& Onboarding: Du machst frische MacBooks und Dell\-Laptops startklar, damit neue Teammitglieder ab Tag eins direkt loslegen können.
  • Remote\-Support: Wenn jemand von unterwegs oder im Home\-Office Unterstützung braucht, schaltest du dich per Workspace ONE einfach dazu.
  • Tägliche Tools \& Logins: Bei kleinen Hängern in Google Workspace, Notion oder Okta bist du die rettende Hand.
  • Hardware\-Tausch mit Dell: Streikt mal ein Gerät, organisierst du schnell und unkompliziert den Austausch oder eine Reparatur.
  • Partnerkoordination \& Projektmitarbeit: Du stehst im direkten Austausch mit Herstellern wie Dell und Microsoft und gestaltest Workplace\-Projekte aktiv mit.

Anforderungen

  • Ausbildung: Abschluss in (Wirtschafts\-)Informatik oder vergleichbare IT\-Qualifikation (motivierte Quereinsteiger mit Enterprise\-IT\-Erfahrung sind ebenfalls willkommen).
  • Berufserfahrung: Erste praktische Erfahrung im First\-Level\-Support, Helpdesk oder Client\-Management im Enterprise\-Umfeld.
  • Technisches Know\-how: Gute Kenntnisse von Windows\- und macOS\-Systemen; Erfahrung mit Workspace ONE, Google Workspace oder Okta ist ein Plus.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch (mind. C1\).
  • Persönlichkeit: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie, Geduld im User\-Kontakt sowie eine neugierige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
