Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Du richtest Server-, Client- und Cloud-Umgebungen für Kunden ein, optimierst sie und hältst sie auf dem aktuellen Stand.
  • Du setzt Projekte von der Planung bis zur Übergabe um und bist dabei die technische Ansprechperson vor Ort oder remote.
  • Du betreust Kundenumgebungen im laufenden Betrieb, löst Störungen im 2nd und 3rd Level und sorgst dafür, dass Mitarbeitende der Kunden ungestört arbeiten können.
  • Du arbeitest an Virtualisierung, Datensicherung und Netzwerkthemen mit und baust dein Wissen dort gezielt aus.
  • Du unterstützt Kolleginnen und Kollegen, wenn Projekte oder Störungen es erfordern, und teilst dein Know-how im Team.
  • Du übernimmst nach kurzer Einarbeitung selbstständig Aufgaben und planst deine Arbeit weitgehend selbst.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Du hast eine IT-Grundausbildung (z. B. Informatiker EFZ, Systemtechnik) abgeschlossen und erste Berufserfahrung bei einem IT-Dienstleister.
  • Du kennst dich gut mit Windows Server und Clients, Active Directory und Messaging-Lösungen aus und hast Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung und Backup-Lösungen.
  • Du bringst solide Grundlagen in Netzwerken mit (Switching, Routing, WLAN). Erfahrung mit Netzwerkzugangskontrolle ist ein Plus, ebenso ein Flair für IT-Security.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Support auf 2nd- und 3rd-Level.
  • Du kommunizierst gern mit Kunden, bleibst in hektischen Momenten ruhig und findest pragmatische Lösungen.
