Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen sowie professionelle Moderation von Workshops
  • Koordination der Lösungsarchitektur und Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern
  • Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungsansätze in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams
  • Ausarbeitung und Verhandlung von Angeboten und Leistungsbeschreibungen
  • Unterstützung bei Weiterentwicklungen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Überwachung des Projektfortschritts zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Zeitvorgaben
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Wissensweitergabe an Teammitglieder

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und starke Kundenorientierung
  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Sales/Key-Account
  • Umfassendes Verständnis für IT-Services sowie Projektmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-nahen, kundenorientierten Positionen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
