Responsabilità

  • Garantire la disponibilità, la sicurezza e le prestazioni dell-infrastruttura IT aziendale, inclusi server, reti, sistemi di virtualizzazione, storage e postazioni di lavoro
  • Amministrare ambienti Microsoft, servizi di identità e accessi, assicurando una corretta gestione delle autorizzazioni
  • Gestire le attività di cybersecurity, inclusi protezione degli endpoint, patch management, gestione delle vulnerabilità e risposta agli incidenti
  • Assicurare l-efficacia delle soluzioni di backup, disaster recovery e business continuity attraverso monitoraggio e test periodici
  • Pianificare e realizzare progetti di evoluzione dell-infrastruttura IT, dalla raccolta dei requisiti fino all-implementazione e alla documentazione
  • Coordinare fornitori e partner tecnologici, gestendo contratti, servizi e livelli di supporto
  • Gestire il ciclo di vita degli asset IT, delle licenze e del budget operativo, supportando le decisioni di investimento
  • Garantire un supporto tecnico efficiente agli utenti, definendo priorità, standard di servizio e modalità di escalation
  • Mantenere aggiornata la documentazione tecnica e le procedure operative
  • Collaborare con i diversi dipartimenti aziendali per individuare soluzioni tecnologiche efficaci e supportare audit e iniziative di miglioramento continuo

Profilo

  • Formazione in Informatica, Tecnologie dell-Informazione o discipline affini
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella gestione di infrastrutture IT, sistemi server e ambienti aziendali critici, maturata preferibilmente in contesti industriali o manifatturieri
  • Esperienza in governance IT, sicurezza delle informazioni e conformità a standard quali ISO 27001 o NIST costituiranno titolo preferenziale
  • Solida conoscenza di ambienti Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy e Microsoft 365
  • Esperienza nella gestione di infrastrutture virtualizzate, sistemi di storage e servizi di backup
  • Buone competenze di networking, inclusi firewall, VPN, segmentazione di rete e reti Wi-Fi aziendali
  • Esperienza nell-ambito della cybersecurity, con particolare attenzione a patch management, protezione degli endpoint e gestione delle vulnerabilità
  • Conoscenza di Microsoft SQL Server e competenze di scripting/automazione, preferibilmente PowerShell
  • Esperienza nella gestione di fornitori IT, progetti infrastrutturali e supporto agli utenti finali
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2), la conoscenza del tedesco costituirà un plus
  • Persona autonoma, organizzata e orientata al problem solving, con forte attenzione alla qualità del servizio e alla documentazione tecnica
  • Gradite certificazioni in ambito Microsoft, VMware, networking o cybersecurity
