The posting

Du betreust komplexe Microsoft-Kundeninfrastrukturen und sorgst für einen sicheren, stabilen und effizienten Betrieb. Dabei bringst du dein Fachwissen in die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systeme ein und arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern und Kunden zusammen. 

Für unseren Standort St. Gallen oder Zürich Kloten suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als IT Operation Engineer. 

Deine Rolle ##

  • Weiterentwicklung von Kundenumgebungen On-Premise- und Cloud-Umgebungen 
  • Administration und Betrieb von Microsoft 365, Azure und Windows 11 
  • Intune- und SCCM-Verwaltung zur Geräte- und Softwaresteuerung 
  • Aufbau und Betreuung von Server Umgebungen 2nd-/3rd-Level Support inkl. Incident- und Problem-Management 
  • Betreuung von Windows-Serverdiensten (AD, DHCP, GPO, Printservice) 
  • Integration neuer Kundenstandorte in die bestehende Infrastruktur 
  • Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft 
  • Umsetzung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Teilnahme am Pikettdienst

Dein Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. HF, FH, eidg. Fachausweis) 
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Servern, Clients, M365 und Azure 
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe und hohe Lernbereitschaft 
  • Freude an Kundenberatung und professionelles Auftreten 
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1- Level) 
  • Bereitschaft zur Pikettverfügbarkeit und zur Arbeit in dynamischen Umgebungen
