Tu comprends les interconnexions techniques, gardes un œil sur l-état et le cycle de vie des plateformes et pilotes les ajustements nécessaires en collaboration avec nos prestataires de services externes.

Ce que tu accompliras

  • Tu es responsable du cycle de vie complet des plateformes IT qui te sont attribuées, pilotes leur développement et assures un fonctionnement stable, sécurisé et fiable.
  • Tu surveilles l-état technique, la disponibilité et la performance des systèmes, détectes les besoins d-action à un stade précoce et engages les mesures nécessaires.
  • Tu analyses et spécifies les modifications des plateformes, commandes leur mise en œuvre auprès de nos prestataires externes et assures leur exécution professionnelle.
  • En cas de perturbations et de problèmes techniques, tu assumes la coordination, réalises des analyses des causes avec les parties concernées et veilles à une résolution durable.
  • Tu planifies de manière prospective les thèmes liés au cycle de vie, à la maintenance, aux patchs et aux mises à jour, et coordonnes leur mise en œuvre avec les services internes et les partenaires externes.
  • Tu documentes de manière compréhensible les configurations et informations opérationnelles pertinentes et développes continuellement nos processus et standards opérationnels avec les parties concernées.

Ce que tu apportes

  • Une formation supérieure en informatique (HF/FH) ou une qualification équivalente constitue la base de ton profil.
  • Tu as plusieurs années d-expérience dans l-exploitation et le support de systèmes IT complexes ou de plateformes IT ainsi qu-une expérience en gestion de prestataires. Tu disposes d-une compréhension technique approfondie et es familier avec la coordination des changements, incidents et tâches opérationnelles techniques.
  • Tu évolues avec assurance dans des environnements de plateformes modernes et comprends l-interaction des différentes composantes technologiques. Une expérience avec Avaloq, des bases de données telles qu-Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL ou MongoDB, Kafka ainsi que des plateformes de conteneurs comme Kubernetes ou OpenShift est un atout idéal.
  • Tu comprends les concepts et interconnexions des plateformes modernes et peux évaluer et relier de manière globale des sujets tels que CI/CD, monitoring et observabilité ainsi que la gestion des identités et des accès. Les technologies comme GitLab, Argo CD, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus ou Keycloak te sont familières.
  • Tu penses de manière analytique, travailles de façon structurée et responsable et saisis rapidement des interconnexions techniques complexes. Tu communiques clairement, de manière engageante et sur un pied d-égalité avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
