  • Eigenständige Akquise von Neukunden und Projekten sowie Aufbau nachhaltiger Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Kunden und Projekte mit Fokus auf langfristige Partnerschaften
  • Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen und Entwicklung passgenauer Lösungsangebote in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren technischen Spezialistinnen und Spezialisten
  • Steuerung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses inkl. Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen
  • Beratung und Verkauf des gesamten ti\&m\-Leistungsportfolios
  • Überzeugende Präsentation unserer Angebote und Services bei Kunden
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen und Events
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM\-Systems

Was du mitbringst

* Mehr als 5 Jahre Verkaufserfahrung in der IT\-Branche mit nachweisbarem Erfolg * Erfahrung im Vertrieb von IT\-Lösungen und/oder Dienstleistungen * Leidenschaft für den Verkauf mit bestehendem Beziehungsnetz * Gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Affinität zu Digitalisierung, Security, Innovation und Consulting * Hohe Kundenorientierung und ausgeprägtes Servicebewusstsein * Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Networking * Souveränes Auftreten, starke Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungssicherheit sowie exzellente Kommunikations\- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten * Eigenmotiviert, selbständig und zielorientiert * Stilsicher in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich * Bevorzugt: Erfahrung mit modernen KI\-gestützten Analyse\- und Recherchewerkzeugen wie AI, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot oder ähnlich Für Personalvermittlungen: Für diese Stelle nehmen wir aktuell nur Direktbewerbungen entgegen.
