Was du bewegst:

  • Cloud Security \& Guardrails: Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung robuster Architekturen für GCP und M365 inklusive Agentic Security
  • Security by Design \& Threat Modeling: Begleitung von Initiativen von Beginn an sowie Moderation von Threat Modelings mit Entwicklern und Architekten
  • DevSecOps \& Automation: Verankerung von «Security as Code» in CI/CD\-Pipelines.
  • Incident Response \& SecOps: Technische Führung bei Incidents, fachliche Steuerung des Managed SOC und gezielte Cloud\-Härtung
  • Security Community: Coaching und Befähigung der Product Squads und Security Champions als Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe

Weshalb dir das gelingt:

  • Erfahrung: Durch deine Mehrjährige Praxis als IT Security Architect oder Senior Cloud Security Engineer in enterprise\-nahen, agilen Umfeldern bereicherst du jedes Team
  • Cloud\-Stack: Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Google Cloud (GCP) oder vergleichbaren Hyperscalern sowie im Microsoft Security\- \& Identity\-Stack
  • Methodik: Deine Vertrautheit mit modernen Architektur\- und DevSecOps\-Konzepten (Zero Trust, Threat Modeling, CI/CD, IaC) geben dir einen Head Start bei jeder Umsetzung
  • Mindset: Als Enabler hast du Freude daran, Entwickler\-Teams pragmatisch zu befähigen und tragbare Kompromisse zwischen Agilität, Usability und Risiko zu finden
  • Kommunikation: Deine sehr guten Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse helfen, um komplexe Sicherheitsrisiken sowohl gegenüber der Softwareentwicklung als auch dem Leadership Team verständlich zu vertreten
