Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Verantwortung für den sicheren Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung des Identity & Access Managements (IAM)
  • Administration und Optimierung moderner Cyber-Security-Plattformen und Sicherheitslösungen
  • Überwachung der IT-Sicherheitslage mit SIEM-, EDR-, XDR-, NDR- und Cloud-Security-Tools
  • Früherkennung, Analyse und Bewertung von Cyberbedrohungen und Sicherheitsvorfällen
  • Steuerung und Koordination des Incident-Response-Prozesses bei Cyberangriffen
  • Identifikation von Sicherheitslücken sowie Umsetzung gezielter Schutzmassnahmen
  • Begleitung von Security-Audits und Umsetzung der daraus resultierenden Massnahmen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Security-Prozessen und Sicherheitsstandards zur Stärkung der Cyber-Resilienz

Ihr Profil ##

  • Höhere Ausbildung in Informatik (FH, Uni/ETH) mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Cyber Security oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der operativen IT-Sicherheit und fundiertes Verständnis komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit IAM-Lösungen, Berechtigungsmanagement und modernen Cyber-Security-Plattformen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Security Monitoring, Threat Detection und Tools wie SIEM, EDR, XDR oder NDR
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse von Sicherheitsvorfällen sowie im Incident Response und Security Incident Management
  • Vertraut mit Sicherheitsstandards wie ISO 27001/27002, NIST, CIS Controls und CSA sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2), sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) sowie gültiger Führerausweis der Kategorie B
