IT Supporter:in

Was beinhaltet die Funktion?

  • Bearbeitung von IT\-Support\-Anfragen inkl. eigenständiger Fehleranalyse und \-behebung bei Soft\- und Hardwareproblemen
  • Installation und Wartung von Hard\- und Software Clientseitig
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen in Active Directory, Azure AD und M365, inklusive SSO und Multi\-Faktor\-Authentifizierung (MFA)
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeitende und weitere Anspruchsgruppen
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen (Anleitungen für Nutzer, FAQ, etc.)
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten Kommunikationsflusses mit internen und externen Stellen

Was bringst du mit?

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker:in EFZ oder mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Informatik\- bzw. Support\-Bereich
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft\-Umfeld, insbesondere in Windows 11 und Microsoft 365
  • Kenntnisse in Entra ID und Active Directory sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Kundenorientierte Denk\- und Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
