Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Verantwortung für Engineering, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung einer anspruchsvollen Microsoft Windows Infrastruktur
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung moderner Lösungen rund um Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 und Azure
  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Betriebs- und Engineering-Aufgaben mit PowerShell sowie weiteren geeigneten Tools
  • Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance, Security und Stabilität der betreuten Plattformen und Services
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Störungen inklusive Root-Cause-Analysen und technischer Optimierungsmassnahmen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Virtualisierungs-, Backup-, Monitoring-, Storage- und Security-Lösungen
  • Technische Mitarbeit und Übernahme von Verantwortung in Infrastruktur-, Migrations- und Transformationsprojekten
  • Beratung interner Stakeholder sowie Pflege von System-, Architektur- und Betriebsdokumentationen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ Plattformentwicklung beziehungsweise Systemtechnik, dipl. Informatiker/in HF, BSc FH Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Passende Weiterbildung wie ICT-Platform Development Specialist mit eidg. Fachausweis, dipl. ICT Manager/in HF oder Weiterbildungen in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Cloud, Netzwerk oder Cyber Security
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im System Engineering mit Schwerpunkt Microsoft Windows und Enterprise-Infrastrukturen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online beziehungsweise Hybrid und Teams
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung, vorzugsweise VMware vSphere, sowie Erfahrung mit Backup, Storage, Monitoring, Netzwerk und Security
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PowerShell und Erfahrung mit Automatisierung, Git, Ansible oder vergleichbaren Technologien
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2), sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2), gute Italienisch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse von grossem Vorteil
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe technische Eigenverantwortung sowie Führerausweis Kat. B
