Comment vous créez de la valeur ##

Vous travaillez dans l'une des plus grandes équipes de spécialistes Microsoft en Suisse - plus de 50 ingénieurs, clients allant de la PME à la banque. Vos environnements sont complexes, vos problèmes réels. Pas de simple traitement de tickets, mais une responsabilité technique pour des infrastructures critiques.

Ce qui vous attend concrètement :

  • Vous exploitez et développez les environnements Windows Server, M365 et Azure pour les clients - Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID.
  • Vous gérez entièrement les endpoints : Autopilot, déploiement d'applications, politiques de conformité, accès conditionnel.
  • Vous participez à des projets d'externalisation IT - migrations, transitions, mises en service.
  • Vous résolvez des problèmes complexes en support de 2e et 3e niveau et maintenez à jour les runbooks et documentations.
  • Vous communiquez directement avec les clients et assumez la responsabilité technique de vos environnements.

Ce qui vous caractérise ##

Vous connaissez les environnements Microsoft non pas à partir de documents de formation, mais par l'exploitation. Vous savez ce qui peut mal tourner dans un environnement M365 hybride - et comment le réparer.

Ce que vous apportez :

  • Une expérience pratique approfondie avec Windows Server, Active Directory et Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).
  • De solides connaissances en Microsoft Entra ID - accès conditionnel, stratégies de groupe, scénarios hybrides.
  • Une expérience en gestion des endpoints via Intune : Autopilot, déploiement d'applications, configuration et politiques de conformité.
  • Des connaissances de base en Azure (IaaS/PaaS) et concepts d'infrastructure hybrides.
  • Une méthode de travail structurée et orientée solutions ainsi qu'une communication professionnelle avec les clients en allemand et en anglais.
