Was dich erwartet

Unsere interne IT ist das Rückgrat für knapp 550 Mitarbeitende an 6 Standorten. Du sorgst zusammen mit einem kleinen, eingespielten Team dafür, dass alle jederzeit produktiv arbeiten können, vom Onboarding eines neuen Laptops bis zum Betrieb unserer Server\- und Cloud\-Umgebung. Dabei bist du nahe an den Menschen: Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson bei Fragen rund um die interne IT und erlebst direkt, was deine Arbeit bewirkt. Gleichzeitig hast du viel Gestaltungsspielraum, unsere heterogene Infrastruktur weiterzuentwickeln und eigene Themen zu verantworten. Konkret heisst das:

* Unterstützung im täglichen Geschäft der internen IT + Sicherstellung des operativen IT\-Betriebs \& Optimierung der internen Infrastruktur

+ Pflege von Tickets und Mitarbeit in den Bereichen Incident\-, Request\-, Problem\- und Change\-Management

* Pflege und Erweiterung unserer modernen, heterogenen IT\-Infrastruktur + Mitarbeit in Projekten sowohl in der Konzeption wie auch bei der Implementierung

+ Übernahme der Verantwortung für definierte Produkte

+ Übernahme von Tagesdiensten und Wartungsarbeiten

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ (Systemtechnik oder Plattformentwicklung) und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft\-Umfeld: Active Directory und Entra ID, Exchange (Online), SharePoint, Teams
  • Erfahrung mit macOS (idealerweise Jamf als MDM) und Linux
  • Praxis mit Servervirtualisierung, unabhängig vom Hersteller (z.B. VMware vSphere, Proxmox)
  • Solide Netzwerkgrundlagen: TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Firewalling sowie DNS und DHCP
  • Erfahrung mit Atlassian Jira und Confluence oder vergleichbaren ITSM\- und Dokumentationstools
  • Grundverständnis von Containerisierung, z.B. mit Docker oder Kubernetes

Die Tätigkeiten setzen ein Informatik EFZ, nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung, stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Freude am Kontakt mit unseren Mitarbeitenden voraus.
