Windows (Server und Client)

  • Installation, Betrieb und Wartung von Windows Server (2019/2022/2025\)
  • Verwaltung von Windows 10/11\-Clients inkl. Deployment
  • Patch\-Management
  • Datei\- und Druckdienste, NTFS\- und Freigabeberechtigungen
  • Virtualisierung
  • PowerShell\-Kenntnisse zur Automatisierung von Routineaufgaben
  • Microsoft 365\-Administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Domain Controller / Active Directory

  • Aufbau und Betrieb von AD DS (Benutzer, Gruppen, OUs, Standorte)
  • Gruppenrichtlinien (GPO) planen, umsetzen und Fehler analysieren
  • DNS und DHCP im AD\-Umfeld
  • Replikation, FSMO\-Rollen, Backup und Wiederherstellung des AD
  • Hybrid\-Identität mit Entra ID (Entra Connect, MFA, Conditional Access)
  • Berechtigungskonzept nach dem Least\-Privilege\-Prinzip, getrennte Admin\-Konten
  • Härtung der DCs (z. B. Tiering, LAPS, Protokollierung)

Netzwerk

  • Fundierte TCP/IP\-Kenntnisse (Subnetting, Routing, VLANs)
  • Konfiguration von Switches, Firewalls und WLAN (z. B. Fortinet, HPE Aruba)
  • VPN für Homeoffice und Standortvernetzung
  • Netzwerksegmentierung (Clients, Server, Gäste, IoT/Drucker)
  • Monitoring und Fehleranalyse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Internet\- und Telefonie\-Providern

Sicherheit und Backup

  • Backup\-Konzept nach der 3\-2\-1\-Regel inkl. regelmässiger Restore\-Tests
  • Endpoint\-Schutz, Mail\-Security, MFA
  • Notfall\- und Wiederanlaufplanung
  • Kenntnisse des Schweizer Datenschutzgesetzes (revDSG), bei EU\-Kunden auch DSGVO
  • Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden (Phishing, Passwörter)

Betrieb und Organisation

  • Support für die Mitarbeitenden
  • Saubere, aktuelle IT\-Dokumentation (Netzplan, Passwörter, Lizenzen, Abläufe)
  • Hardware\- und Lizenzbeschaffung, Lifecycle\-Management
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten
  • Budgetplanung und Beratung der Geschäftsleitung

Ausbildung und Erfahrung

  • Informatiker/in EFZ (Plattformentwicklung/Systemtechnik) oder gleichwertig
  • Von Vorteil: eidg. Fachausweis oder HF\-Abschluss
  • Zertifizierungen erwünscht, z. B. Microsoft (AZ\-800/801, MD\-102, MS\-102\), CCNA oder Herstellerzertifikate
  • Mehrjährige Praxis in einer KMU\-Umgebung

Persönliche Anforderungen

  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Generalist mit Bereitschaft, sich breit einzuarbeiten
  • Verständliche Kommunikation mit Nicht\-Technikern, Dienstleistungsdenken
