Die Transport AG ist seit mehr als 70 Jahren ein traditionelles, innovatives und familiengeführtes Transport\- und Logistikunternehmen mit rund 75 modernen Last\- und Lieferwagen sowie 140 Mitarbeitenden, davon 13 Lernende. Zur unserer Verstärkung in unserer IT Abteilung suchen wir per 1\. März 2027 eine pflichtbewusste und engagierte Persönlichkeit.

IT\-Systemtechniker/in / IT\-Supporter/in (60\-100 %) =====================================================

Neben dem laufenden IT\-Betrieb wirkst du bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT\-Systeme und Unternehmensanwendungen mit und erhältst die Möglichkeit, dich zunehmend in IT\-Projekten sowie in den Bereichen Digitalisierung und Automatisierung einzubringen und fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung des 1st\- und 2nd\-Level\-Supports für unserer Mitarbeitenden sowie Einrichtung und Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen, mobilen Geräten und Peripheriegeräten
  • Administration und Betreuung von Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Lizenzen
  • Mitwirkung bei Systemintegrationen und Gestaltung von Schnittstellen zu unseren Unternehmensanwendungen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben in unserer Server\-Netzwerk\- und Systemumgebung
  • Mitarbeit bei IT\-Projekten und der Implementierung neuer Systeme zur Weiterentwicklung unserer IT\-Landschaft
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung, Optimierung und Automatisierung von Geschäfts\- und IT\-Prozessen sowie Koordination mit externen IT\-Partnern

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ, idealerweise Fachrichtung Systemtechnik, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im IT\-Support und/oder in der IT\-Systemtechnik
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Arbeitsplatzsystemen sowie grundlegenden Netzwerk\- und Serverumgebungen
  • Interesse an Unternehmensanwendungen, Systemintegrationen, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung sowie Bereitschaft, dich in diesen Bereichen weiterzuentwickeln
  • Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Anwenderinnen und Anwendern sowie eine ausgeprägte Service\- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und eine teamfähige und unkomplizierte Persönlichkeit
