Für unseren Kunden, einen global tätigen Technologieführer im Bereich Wissenschaft, Forschung und Gesundheitslösungen mit Sitz in der Region Basel, suchen wir im persönlichen Auftrag per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Persönlichkeit im 60\-90% Pensum als IT Workplace Support Engineer.

Aufgabenbeschreibung:

  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT\-Betriebs sowie Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Supportanfragen unter Einhaltung definierter Service Levels
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams zur Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Lösungen und Systeme
  • Beratung interner Stakeholder bei technischen Fragestellungen sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Mitwirkung bei Infrastruktur\- und Systemänderungen unter Berücksichtigung von Sicherheits\-, Datenschutz\- und Compliance\-Vorgaben
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Endgeräten und Software\-Ressourcen inklusive Dokumentation sowie aktive Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen und lokalen Ansprechpartnern

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im IT\-Umfeld (z. B. HF, FH, Universität oder vergleichbar) mit fundiertem technischem Verständnis
  • Praxiserfahrung in einer serviceorientierten IT\-Funktion sowie Freude an der Unterstützung interner Anwender und Stakeholder
  • Gute Kenntnisse moderner Workplace\-Technologien, Microsoft\-Umgebungen sowie ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Netzwerken und IT\-Infrastrukturen
  • Deutsch Muttersprache und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit hoher Kommunikationsstärke und Belastbarkeit
