The posting

Die FIZ ist eine unabhängige, konfessionell neutrale Nichtregierungsorganisation mit rund 40 Mitarbeitenden. Sie setzt sich für den Schutz und die Rechte von Migrant\*innen ein, die von Gewalt und Ausbeutung betroffen sind. Zu diesem Zweck führt sie die Beratungsstelle für Migrantinnen und das spezialisierte Opferschutzprogramm für Opfer von Menschenhandel. Weiter schult die FIZ Fachpersonen und interessierte Kreise zu den Hintergründen von Menschenhandel und Frauenmigration. Zudem leistet sie politische Arbeit auf kommunaler, nationaler und internationaler Ebene. Unsere Arbeit ist feministisch und antirassistisch. Wir leben diese Werte als Arbeitgeberin und im Umgang im Team.

Jahrespraktikant\*in Betreuung von Betroffenen von Menschenhandel (80%) ##

Deine Aufgaben sind ###

  • Praktische und administrative Betreuung und Begleitung der Bewohner\*innen in den Schutzwohnungen.
  • Unterstützung von Massnahmen und Angeboten zur Unterstützung der Bewohnerinnen bei der Alltagsbewältigung; Gestaltung der Gruppendynamik.
  • Unterstützung bei Kriseninterventionen.
  • Unterstützung und selbstständige Organisation einer Tagesstruktur für die Bewohnerinnen.
  • Koordination und/oder Ausführung von Begleiteinsätzen.
  • Übernahme von Abend- Nachtdiensten und telefonischem Pikett für alle stationären Fälle.

Du bringst mit ###

  • Du befindest dich im Studium der Soziale Arbeit. Inserat richtet ich explizit an Personen mit der Studienrichtung Sozialpädagogik.
  • Du hast erste Berufserfahrung im sozialen Bereich gesammelt; erste Berufserfahrung in der praktischen Arbeit mit gewaltbetroffenen, traumatisierten Menschen ist von Vorteil.
  • Mindestalter 22 Jahre, deutlich mehr Lebenserfahrung ist jedoch von grossem Vorteil.
  • Du besitzt hohe Sozialkompetenz und Selbstreflexion, Flexibilität, Eigenverantwortung, Umgang mit Krisen und Ungewissheiten, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich); jede andere Sprache ist von Vorteil.
  • Du bist für mindestens sechs Monate verfügbar. Personen im Zweitpraktikum werden bevorzugt.
  • Bewerber\*innen mit eigener Migrationserfahrung werden bevorzugt.
  • Feministisches und migrationspolitisches Engagement

Aufgaben und Pflichten ###

  • Bereitschaft zur selbstständigen Arbeit und Übernahme von Verantwortung.
  • Eigeninitiative für Lernziele und Lernprozesse.
  • Aktive Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen, Supervisionen und Teamtagen.
