In knapp 70 Scrum Teams entwickeln wir bei der CSS Lösungen für eines der bedeutendsten Gesundheitssysteme der Schweiz. Unser agiles Team «advisa» sucht Verstärkung: Gemeinsam treibt ihr die Entwicklung unseres neuen Beratungs- und Offerierungstools voran. Dabei zählen Teamgeist, offener Austausch und echte Zusammenarbeit. Bist du dabei?

So sieht dein Alltag aus ##

  • Zum Herzstück: Du entwickelst komplexe und moderne Software für unsere Kernsysteme und baust hochwertige JavaEE-Anwendungen.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team erarbeitest du anspruchsvolle Lösungsvarianten und evaluierst neue Ansätze mit Prototypen. Zudem baust du automatisierte Tests auf und führst Code-Reviews durch.
  • Als DevOps- und Scrum-Teammitglied verantwortest du den gesamten Lifecycle deiner Anwendungen - von der Konzeption bis zum Betrieb.
  • Mit Clean Code, Agentic Coding, Clean Architecture, TDD, BDD und DDD entwickelst du Lösungen, die heute überzeugen und morgen noch tragen.
  • Im Agile Release Train arbeitest du nach dem Lean-Agile-Mindset von SAFe. Dabei stärkst du die Zusammenarbeit und treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung voran.
  • Für die fachlichen Themen einer Versicherung bringst du Neugier mit und baust dein Verständnis für unsere Domäne Schritt für Schritt aus.

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Das Wichtigste zuerst: Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der agilen Softwareentwicklung mit aktuellen Java-Technologien und Freude an komplexen Aufgabenstellungen im JEE-Umfeld.
  • Java, JEE, Quarkus, SQL-Datenbanken, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes und Cucumber sind Technologien und Produkte, mit welchen du dich auskennst.
  • Deine Leidenschaft gilt der Backend-Entwicklung. Gleichzeitig probierst du gerne neue Technologien und Frameworks aus.
  • Auch native Cloud-Lösungen und moderne DevOps-Umgebungen sind dir vertraut - vom Aufbau bis zum stabilen Betrieb.
  • Eine Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ oder ein Studium in der Softwareentwicklung an einer FH bildet eine gute Basis - wir zählen auf deinen individuellen Karriereweg.
