Die SANTIS Training AG bietet im Auftrag der Invalidenversicherung (IV) und der Arbeitslosenversicherung (ALV) an fünf Standorten in der Deutschschweiz praxisnahe Programme zur beruflichen Integration an. Unser Ziel ist es, Menschen nachhaltig beim (Wieder\-)Einstieg in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt zu unterstützen.

Für unseren Standort Zürich\-Altstetten suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Job Hunter / Stellenvermittler/in. In dieser Funktion begleiten und unterstützen Sie IV\-versicherte Jugendliche und Erwachsene aktiv bei der Stellensuche. Sie sind verantwortlich für die gezielte Akquisition von Praktikums\- und Arbeitsplätzen und arbeiten eng mit Unternehmen zusammen, um nachhaltige Integrationslösungen zu schaffen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Akquisition und Vermittlung von Praktikums\- und Arbeitsstellen
  • Aufbau und Pflege von nachhaltigen Firmenkontakten
  • Direkte Ansprache von Arbeitgebern per Telefon, Mail und persönlich
  • Passendes Matching zwischen Lernenden / Teilnehmenden und Unternehmen
  • Betreuung der Firmen während Praktika und Anstellungen
  • Begleitung der Lernenden /Teilnehmenden im Bewerbungsprozess

Ihr Profil:

  • Leistungsausweis als Job Hunter oder Stellenvermittler/\-in mit sehr guten Arbeitsmarktkenntnissen, von Vorteil im IT\-Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Akquisition von Einsatzplätzen und/oder Arbeitsstellen sowie gute Vernetzung in der Wirtschaft
  • Gutes Gespür für Menschen und passende Stellen
  • Hohe Überzeugungskraft, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gewinnende, teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit einer guten Mischung aus hoher Sozialkompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen, Hartnäckigkeit und Frustrationstoleranz
  • Sehr gute PC\-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Jobportale und Social Media)
