Nous sommes un centre de compétences innovant, dirigé par ses propriétaires, et un institut de formation pour les processus de candidature professionnelle, notamment dans les domaines du coaching et de la formation des adultes avec des dispositifs d-apprentissage individualisés pour différents groupes cibles. Fondés en 2008 à Zurich, nous sommes aujourd-hui une PME d-environ 100 collaborateurs à Zurich, Berne, Baden, Saint-Gall et Heerbrugg. Nous attachons une grande importance à un environnement d-apprentissage et de travail stimulant et nous nous considérons comme une organisation apprenante.

En complément de notre équipe, nous recherchons dès que possible ou selon accord pour notre centre de formation à Baden un(e) compétent(e) et engagé(e)

Vos tâches :

  • Accompagner et soutenir les demandeurs d-emploi issus de milieux professionnels et personnels variés dans le cadre de cette mesure du marché du travail (AMM) lors de leur recherche d-emploi, sous forme de coaching individuel ainsi qu-en contexte de groupe différencié
  • Identifier les besoins individuels lors des entretiens de coaching, définir une stratégie individualisée et soutenir sa mise en œuvre
  • Apporter un soutien concret dans le développement de la stratégie de candidature, des documents de candidature ainsi que de la présentation personnelle
  • Assurer une communication optimale incluant la documentation auprès des conseillers en personnel du RAV
  • Participer régulièrement aux discussions de cas, débriefings et formations internes

 

Votre profil :

  • Expérience professionnelle théorique et pratique solide en formation des adultes (au minimum SVEB 1 est indispensable)
  • Apprentissage professionnel achevé ou formation tertiaire
  • Au moins 5 ans d-expérience professionnelle dans un environnement professionnel qualifié (RH / recrutement / AMM)
  • Formation et expérience en tant que coach
  • Connaissances larges du marché du travail, savoir-faire actuel en matière de candidature, bonne maîtrise des TIC et culture générale
  • Capacité à assumer différents rôles selon le contexte - formateur/trice d-adultes, accompagnateur/trice de processus, formateur/trice, expert/e, modérateur/trice et superviseur/trice - afin de stimuler et rendre visibles les progrès individuels des participants aux cours
