Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige kaufmännische und technische Bewirtschaftung eines vielseitigen Immobilienportfolios
  • Organisation und Abwicklung von Erst- und Wiedervermietungen sowie Wohnungsabnahmen und -übergaben
  • Erstellung und Bewirtschaftung von Wohn- und Geschäftsmietverträgen inklusive Anhängen und Nachträgen
  • Vorbereitung und Nachbearbeitung von Stockwerkeigentümerversammlungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei Projekten im Bereich Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Professionelle Betreuung und Pflege des persönlichen, telefonischen und schriftlichen Kontakts mit Eigentümern, Mietern, Handwerkern, Lieferanten, Behörden und Hauswarten

Ihr Profil

  • Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Einen eidgenössischen Fachausweis als Immobilienbewirtschafter/in oder eine entsprechende Weiterbildung bzw. laufende Ausbildung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Eine selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie unternehmerisches Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung mit Immobilienbewirtschaftungssoftware, idealerweise Garaio REM
  • Eine stilsichere schriftliche Ausdrucksweise
