Was ist meine Funktion?

In dieser vielseitigen Allrounder\-Funktion übernehmen Sie Aufgaben in den Bereichen Operations \& Supply Chain, Finanzen \& Controlling sowie Prozessmanagement und Digitalisierung eines international tätigen Pharmaunternehmens. Sie arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsleitung und internationalen Partnern zusammen, übernehmen früh Verantwortung und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens aktiv mit.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

* Koordination von Kundenbestellungen, Customer Service sowie Export\- und Verkaufslogistik

* Mitarbeit im Bestands\-, Einkaufs\- und Lieferantenmanagement sowie in Demand Planning, Forecasting und Produktionsplanung

* Erstellung von Reportings, betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen und Management\-Auswertungen

* Koordination von Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen mit der Finanzbuchhaltung

* Mitarbeit bei Budgetierung, Controlling und Liquiditätsplanung

* Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung im Tagesgeschäft und bei bereichsübergreifenden Aufgaben

* Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen, Weiterentwicklung von ERP\-Systemen sowie Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten

Was brauche ich, um erfolgreich zu sein?

Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung (HF/FH) oder ein entsprechendes Hochschulstudium und bringen idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung mit. Sie interessieren sich für betriebliche Zusammenhänge, Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung und überzeugen durch unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Hands\-on\-Mentalität. Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und fühlen sich in einem kleinen Team wohl. Gute Kenntnisse in ERP\-Systemen und Microsoft 365 sowie sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englisch\- und ösischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
