Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez l'équipe dans la gestion des relations avec les clients institutionnels, structurerez des solutions d'investissement sur mesure à travers les classes d'actifs en partenariat avec le Trading et l'Ingénierie Financière, distribuerez notre offre AMC leader sur le marché et la plateforme Lynqs, et contribuerez à un environnement dynamique et axé sur les résultats.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Vente de produits structurés et de transactions dérivées à travers les classes d'actifs aux clients institutionnels.
  • Structuration de produits sur mesure en étroite collaboration avec le Trading, l'Ingénierie Financière et d'autres départements internes.
  • Aide à la création de fiches produits, brochures et termes pour une large gamme de produits (y compris AMC, Notes à Capital Protégé, Reverse Convertibles, Autocalls, Mini-Futures, CLNs, etc.).
  • Développement d'idées de trading en utilisant nos outils internes de tarification et Bloomberg.
  • Suivi des transactions, y compris la coordination avec d'autres départements tels que le Support Commercial, les Services Produits, le Mid- et Back-Office.
  • Responsabilité de tâches administratives spécifiques concernant l'enregistrement des transactions et la gestion des relations clients.
  • Possibilité de rejoindre le Programme Graduate.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin

  • MBA et/ou Master
  • Bonne compréhension des marchés financiers et des dérivés (la connaissance des produits structurés est un plus).
  • Expérience de stage préalable sur les marchés financiers.
  • Maîtrise de MS Office et Bloomberg.
  • Maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais (à l'écrit comme à l'oral).
  • Compétences interpersonnelles et aptitude à construire des relations.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication avec la capacité de présenter clairement des idées complexes.
  • Motivé, curieux et capable de performer sous pression dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
  • Esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler sous pression.
