Ziel ist es, Wettbewerb und Transparenz zu schaffen und Produkte sowie Dienstleistungen zu marktkonformen Konditionen zu beschaffen

Was Dich erwartet:

  • Administrative Begleitung von Einkaufsgeschäften im Rahmen des strategischen Einkaufsprozesses – von der Bedarfsermittlung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Unterstützung bei Beschaffungen im ICT\- und Non\-ICT\-Umfeld
  • Erstellung einfacher Verträge in deutscher Sprache
  • Einholen und Aufbereiten von Lieferantenangeboten
  • Kommunikation und Gespräche mit Lieferanten zur Vertragsschliessung
  • Unterstützung bei verschiedenen Business\-Support\-Aufgaben
  • Vertragsadministration sowie Pflege und Ablage relevanter Unterlagen
  • Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung des Einkaufsteams

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre EFZ
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Einkauf, Supply Management oder in einer vergleichbaren administrativen Funktion von Vorteil
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Freude am Kontakt mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und eine zuverlässige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Windows\-Applikationen
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
