Über die Position

Als IT Project Manager übernimmst du eine vielseitige an der Schnittstelle zwischen Softwareentwicklung, technischer Projektkoordination und Kundenbetreuung.

Du arbeitest aktiv an technischen Lösungen mit, betreust Backend\-Systeme und Datenbanken und koordinierst gleichzeitig IT\-Projekte mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern.

Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Backend \& Datenbanken betreuen: Am Backend mitarbeiten sowie SQL\-Datenbanken und die Cloud\-Infrastruktur pflegen.
  • Kundenprojekte koordinieren: IT\-Projekte eigenverantwortlich von der ersten Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung steuern.
  • Workshops \& Präsentationen durchführen: Technische Inhalte verständlich aufbereiten und vor Fachpublikum sowie Kunden präsentieren.
  • B2B\-Support übernehmen: Finanzinstitute bei technischen Fragen rund um die Software kompetent beraten und unterstützen.
  • Endnutzer\-Support sichern: Anfragen zur Steuerplattform beantworten \- bei Bedarf auch flexibel an Wochenenden.

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ Applikationsentwicklung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Backend
  • Gute SQL\-Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken
  • Erfahrung mit mindestens einer Backend\-Programmiersprache, beispielsweise Java oder C\#/.NET
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau und fliessendes Englisch (C1\)
  • Selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bereitschaft für einen Background\-Check

Nice\-to\-haves:

  • Erfahrung mit Cloud\-Infrastrukturen, insbesondere Microsoft Azure
  • Kenntnisse in Softwarearchitektur, APIs, Schnittstellen und der Integration verschiedener Systeme
  • Erfahrung mit CI/CD, Deployment, Testing oder Incident Management
  • Erste Erfahrung in der technischen Projektkoordination oder im B2B\-Kundensupport
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Workshops oder technischen Präsentationen
  • Interesse an Finanz\- und Steuerthemen oder erste Erfahrung im Finanzumfeld
