Deine \& deine Aufgaben

* IT Support \& Anwenderbetreuung Planung, Koordination und Durchführung des First\- und Second\-Level\-Supports für unsere Mitarbeitenden. Du analysierst und behebst Hard\- und Softwareprobleme und unterstützt Anwender im täglichen Umgang mit unseren IT\-Systemen. * Benutzer\- und Berechtigungsmanagement Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, E\-Mail\-Konten, Teams, SharePoint sowie Zugriffsrechten. Zudem unterstützt du das strukturierte On\- und Offboarding neuer Mitarbeitender. * IT\-Infrastruktur \& Betrieb Unterstützung beim Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT\-Infrastruktur, inklusive Endgeräten, Netzwerken, Cloud\-Diensten sowie Backup\- und Recovery\-Lösungen. * IT\-Sicherheit \& Compliance Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Datenschutz\-, Informationssicherheits\- und Cyber\-Security\-Massnahmen sowie Unterstützung bei Sicherheitsüberprüfungen und Risikoanalysen. * Digitalisierung \& Projekte Mitarbeit in IT\- und Digitalisierungsprojekten, Evaluation neuer Technologien sowie Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ, ICT\-Fachfrau/\-Fachmann EFZ oder eine vergleichbare IT\-Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im IT\-Support oder IT\-Betrieb von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft\-365\-Welt (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra ID)
  • Interesse an Netzwerk\-, Cloud\- und Sicherheitstechnologien
  • Analytische Denkweise und Freude daran, technische Herausforderungen pragmatisch zu lösen
  • Hohe Dienstleistungs\- und Kundenorientierung sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B für Einsätze in Aussenfilialen
