Bonjour, nous sommes AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG - Le centre de services partagés central au sein d-un groupe familial de fabricants de papiers hygiéniques en Suisse et en Europe. En tant qu-AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG, nous regroupons toutes les fonctions transversales telles que la finance, les RH, l-informatique, les achats, les ventes et la planification, et travaillons en étroite collaboration avec nos sites de production Tela (Niederbipp) et Cartaseta (Gretzenbach). Tela et Cartaseta représentent des papiers hygiéniques de haute qualité, une technologie moderne et des processus de production durables. Alors que la production a lieu quotidiennement dans les usines, nous veillons à ce que les conditions administratives, organisationnelles et stratégiques soient optimales - pragmatiques, efficaces et toujours en échange direct avec les sites. Ce qui rend ton rôle chez nous particulier : tu travailles près des usines, comprends leurs besoins et contribues activement à la manière dont nos sites de production sont soutenus aujourd-hui et à l-avenir. Avec plus de 350 collaborateurs engagés dans les usines, nous vivons des valeurs telles que la confiance, la stabilité, l-engagement et la collaboration sur un pied d-égalité.

Junior Key Account Manager à 80-100 % (h/f/d)

Tâches

  • Gestion client : responsabilité de la gestion professionnelle et du développement durable des plus grands clients AFH-Tissue suisses (commerce de gros). Gestion globale depuis le suivi opérationnel jusqu-à l-atteinte cohérente des objectifs de chiffre d-affaires.
  • Communication client : assurer un échange proactif, clair et ponctuel avec les clients
  • Coordination & gestion des interfaces : rôle de pivot entre les clients et les départements internes (planification, assurance qualité, finances, service commercial interne) pour garantir un flux d-informations fluide
  • Analyses & reporting : réalisation d-analyses clients pertinentes, de statistiques et de bases décisionnelles pour le développement ciblé des relations commerciales
  • Planification des volumes : planification orientée sur les besoins et surveillance prévisionnelle des volumes de vente
  • Gestion des réclamations : coordination efficace du traitement des réclamations
  • Soutien aux ventes : soutien actif de l-équipe commerciale dans les tâches administratives et organisationnelles
  • Visites clients : planification systématique et réalisation des visites clients selon un plan de contact défini. Déplacements en Suisse environ 20 %

Profil

  • Formation : formation achevée dans le commerce de détail ou dans le domaine commercial, idéalement complétée par une formation continue en gestion d-entreprise ou en vente
  • Expérience professionnelle : premières expériences en vente, gestion client ou support commercial, de préférence dans le secteur des biens de consommation
  • Orientation client : forte orientation client et service ainsi que plaisir à construire et entretenir des relations clients durables
  • Compétences informatiques : maîtrise des applications informatiques courantes, notamment Excel et PowerPoint
  • Aptitude aux chiffres : bonne compréhension des chiffres et capacité d-analyse
  • Compétences linguistiques : très bonnes connaissances de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit, connaissances en français un atout
