Du unterstützt Projekte und Beratungsmandate in einem interdisziplinären Team zu gesellschaftlichen, organisatorischen und nachhaltigkeitsbezogenen Fragestellungen. Du analysierst relevante gesellschaftliche und soziale Fragestellungen für private und öffentliche Kunden. Dabei entwickelst du Konzepte für praxisnahe Projekte, Förderprogramme und andere Interventionen und setzt diese um. Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Soziale Nachhaltigkeit, die Projektakquisition sowie die Kompetenzerweiterung innerhalb von EBP. Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, schätzt das Arbeiten in interdisziplinären Teams sowie den direkten Kontakt mit Kunden. Du arbeitest mehrere Tage pro Woche in unseren Büros in Zürich.

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Masterabschluss (Uni, ETH, FH) in Sozialwissenschaften, Arbeits\- und Organisationspsychologie, Nachhaltigkeit, Betriebswirtschaft, Politikwissenschaften oder verwandten Disziplinen
  • Arbeitserfahrung in Themen rund um die soziale Nachhaltigkeit, z.B. Organisationsentwicklung, HR, Diversity \& Inclusion, Change Management, Arbeitgeberverantwortung oder nachhaltige Arbeitswelten
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops, Beteiligungsprozessen oder Dialogformaten
  • Interesse an gesellschaftlichen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen sowie an nachhaltiger Entwicklung
  • Freude an der Weiterentwicklung der sozialen und gesellschaftsrelevanten Dienstleistungen und Marktaktivitäten mit Kundinnen und Partnern
  • Freude an der interdisziplinären Arbeit mit Fachpersonen aus unterschiedlichen Themenbereichen an der Schnittstelle zur Nachhaltigkeit (Umwelt, Ressourcen, Klima, etc.)
  • Interesse an Kundenkontakten sowie der Akquisition und Entwicklung neuer Projekte
  • Praxiserfahrung im Einsatz von KI in Projekten von Vorteil
  • Teamfähige, offene und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative
  • Sorgfältige, zeit\- und kostengerechte Bearbeitung übernommener Arbeitsaufgaben
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit, wertschätzende Kommunikation mit den verschiedensten Personengruppen
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch, gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, gute Kenntnisse in ösisch von Vorteil
