Wir entwickeln, planen und realisieren Immobilienprojekte -- von der Grundstücksentwicklung über die Projektierung und Realisierung bis zur Übergabe. Als unabhängiges Unternehmen begleiten wir Wohn- und gemischt genutzte Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Bauherrschaften, Planern und ausführenden Unternehmungen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Gesamtplanungsaufträgen und Bauprojekten von der Immobilienentwicklung über die Projektierung und Realisierung bis zur Übergabe und Garantieabwicklung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung und Optimierung von Kosten, Terminen und Projektqualität
  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von GU- und TU-Submissionen sowie bei Akquisitionen und Kalkulationen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Führung und Koordination des Baumanagements oder von GU/TU bis zur Projektübergabe
  • Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Sitzungen und Projektunterlagen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Projektbeteiligten

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Ausbildung als Architekt:in, Ingenieur:in, Hochbauzeichner:in oder vergleichbar, idealerweise mit erster Projektleitungsausbildung oder -erfahrung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen oder in der Projektkoordination von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Freude an der Mitgestaltung von Immobilienprojekten und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung schrittweise zu übernehmen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
