Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben Sicherstellung, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Logistikprozesse und Qualitätsstandards Durchführung von Prozess-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitskontrollen im operativen Betrieb Schulung und Coaching von Mitarbeitenden sowie Führungskräften Analyse bestehender Abläufe und Umsetzung gezielter Verbesserungsmassnahmen Begleitung von Lean-Management-, KVP- und Shopfloor-Aktivitäten Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Optimierungsmassnahmen Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Schulungsunterlagen Aktive Förderung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung, Qualität und Sicherheit

Ihr Profil Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, Lagerwirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren operativen Umfeld Interesse an Prozessoptimierung, Qualitätsmanagement und effizienten Arbeitsabläufen Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit operativen Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen Kenntnisse in Lean-Methoden wie 5S, KVP oder Shopfloor Management von Vorteil Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten
