Tâches ##

  • Assurer la conformité avec les normes EU GDP et ISO9001.
  • Élaborer des SOPs et organiser des audits internes et externes.
  • Former le personnel sur les sujets qualité et sécurité.

Compétences ##

  • Expérience en logistique, connaissance des exigences GDP/GXP.
  • Sens de la qualité et de la responsabilité.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais.

Kipfer-Logistik opère à l-international avec des concepts de transport conventionnels, à température contrôlée, à haute valeur ajoutée et ultra-sécurisés. Nous aidons quotidiennement les leaders renommés du marché pharmaceutique à résoudre des défis très complexes dans le domaine de la chaîne d-approvisionnement à froid, tant en logistique d-entrepôt qu-en transport routier et aérien. La société Kipfer-Logistik GmbH, qui fait partie du groupe Loomis, a ses sièges à Zeiningen, Münchenstein et Lausen.

Ce qui vous attend ##

  • Soutien au respect de toutes les exigences pertinentes, notamment : EU GDP, GXP, directives nationales et internationales, exigences de sécurité du fret aérien (BAZL), ISO9001/ISO14001
  • Rédaction de SOP, instructions de travail, modèles et checklists
  • Planification et soutien des audits internes et externes
  • Formation des collaborateurs sur les sujets liés à la qualité
  • Réalisation d-évaluations de conformité et d-analyses de risques
  • Réalisation d-évaluations des risques de parcours pour les transports routiers et aériens
  • Participation à la qualification et à la surveillance des installations et autres prestataires externes
  • Promotion d-une culture de qualité et de conformité au sein de l-entreprise
  • Participation au développement de la stratégie qualité

Ce que vous apportez ##

  • Première expérience professionnelle dans le domaine qualité de la logistique d-entrepôt ainsi que dans le transport routier et aérien
  • Bonne compréhension des processus logistiques et des flux dans les chaînes d-approvisionnement à température contrôlée
  • Connaissances des exigences de transport GDP / GXP
  • Expérience en sécurité du fret aérien (BAZL)
  • Conscience aiguë de la qualité et des responsabilités
  • Esprit d-équipe et plaisir à travailler en équipe
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais
