Die Select Service Partner (Schweiz) AG ist Teil des multinationalen gastronomischen Konzerns SSP Group plc. An den Standorten Zürich Flughafen und in der Stadt Zürich betreiben wir derzeit 20 Verkaufsstandorte und beschäftigen ca 360 Mitarbeitende. Neben unseren Bespoke Konzepten Bellevue, NZZ Café, Startbar und Alpenblick führen wir in der Schweiz als Franchisenehmer auch bekannte Marken wie Burger King, Starbucks Stores und sechs Stores der englischen Marke Prêt a Manger.

Unser Konzept „Point“ ist speziell für Reisende gedacht und sorgt für ein schnelles und unkompliziertes Einkaufserlebnis. Bei Point geht’s zügig, frisch, verlockend und freundlich zu. Hier bekommst Du den ganzen Tag über Essen und Getränke, dazu eine top Auswahl an Snacks und Schokolade. Egal ob kleiner Hunger oder grosser Appetit – bei Point findest du alles: von Baguettes, Sandwiches und Salaten über frische Obstbecher bis hin zu frisch zubereiteten Wraps. Auch Reiseartikel sowie eine grosse Auswahl an Zeitungen, Zeitschriften und Büchern sind erhältlich.

Junior Schichtleiter (m/w/d) 100%

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

  • Operative Mithilfe bei der Führung der Unit
  • Aktive Unterstützung des Teams
  • Mithilfe bei Inventaraufnahmen und Stockkontrollen sowie Entgegennahme und Kontrolle voninternen und externen Bestellungen
  • Konstante Prüfung und Einhaltung der Prozesse und Standards
  • Mithilfe bei der Rekruitierung, Schulung, Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter (Unterstützung durch HR)
  • Diverse Administrative Aufgaben

Dein Profil:

  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit schneller Auffassungsgabe
  • „Das Auge fürs Wesentliche“
  • strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität (7 Tage Woche)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
