Aufgaben

  • Du analysierst und steuerst Themen rund um Warenfluss, Replenishment und Bedarfsplanung entlang von Sortiment, Filialen und Promotionen.
  • Du verantwortest definierte Warengruppen End\-to\-End im Bereich Warenflussmanagement
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale in Forecasts, Dispositionsparametern, Beständen, Stammdaten und der Warenverfügbarkeit.
  • Du erstellst und entwickelst KPI\-Dashboards, Reports und Analysen zur Überwachung von Absatz, Beständen, Service Level und Promotionen.
  • Du erkennst Risiken und Verbesserungspotenziale im Warenfluss und leitest daraus fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management und die Fachbereiche ab.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Category Management, Verkauf und Data Analytics zusammen und unterstützt die Priorisierung sowie Umsetzung von Optimierungsmassnahmen mit datenbasierten Entscheidungsgrundlagen.

Anforderungen

  • Du verfügst über ein Studium, eine höhere Ausbildung oder eine relevante Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Du bringst ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten mit und arbeitest gerne mit Zahlen und Daten.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse und kannst Daten strukturiert auswerten.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du kannst Zusammenhänge verständlich erklären und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen zusammen.
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
