Die Organisation und Informatik (OIZ) ist das IT-Kompetenzzentrum der Stadt Zürich. Als Teil des Rechtsdienstes wirst du unsere Organisation bei der rechtlichen Begleitung der digitalen Transformation und der städtischen IT-Infrastruktur unterstützen. Aufgaben ##

  • Du bist für die Lösung vertrags-, submissions-, verwaltungs- und datenschutzrechtlicher Fragestellungen im Digitalisierungsumfeld sowie punktuell aus anderen Rechtsgebieten (öffentliches Personalrecht, Strafrecht) verantwortlich.
  • Du begleitest submissionsrechtliche Verfahren, bist zuständig für die Abklärung datenschutzrechtlicher Fragestellungen und verfasst und prüfst Verträge mit Lieferanten.
  • Du berätst die Geschäftsleitung und die Fachbereiche in allen digitalisierungsrelevanten rechtlichen Fragen, er- und überarbeitest Reglemente und Erlasse und OIZ-interne Richtlinien und vertrittst die OIZ in städtischen Arbeitsgruppen.
  • Du begleitest Projekte und klärst rechtliche Aspekte im Bereich Digitalisierung und neue Technologien (z.B. Cloud Computing, Blockchain, KI) ab.
  • Du begleitest politische Vorstösse, insbesondere Postulate, Motionen und Anfragen des Gemeinderats und seiner Kommissionen und verfasst und prüfst finanz- und vergaberechtliche Verfügungen und Anträge.

Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Rechtswissenschaften (MLaw oder lic. iur.); ein Anwaltspatent ist von Vorteil.
  • Verwaltungs-, Gerichts- oder gleichwertige Erfahrung, vorzugsweise eine entsprechende Tätigkeit im Informatik-/Digitalisierungsumfeld.
  • Verständnis und Interesse für politische Prozesse sowie ein Flair für verständliche und rechtlich fundierte Umsetzungen von komplexen Fragestellungen, Digitalisierungsaffinität.
  • Präzise, selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, belastbare Persönlichkeit, analytische Fähigkeiten, vernetztes Denken, Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Flexibilität.
  • Führungserfahrung, Erfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen Projekten von Vorteil.
  • Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
