Im Rechtsdienst übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:

  • Beratung der Redaktionen in medienrechtlichen Fragen
  • Verfassen von Stellungnahmen zuhanden der Unabhängigen Beschwerdeinstanz für Radio und Fernsehen und des Presserats
  • Begleitung von Verfahren im Rahmen des Öffentlichkeitsgesetzes
  • Bearbeitung der Rechtsstreitigkeiten des Unternehmens, gegebenenfalls in Abstimmung mit externen Auftragnehmer:innen
  • Begleitung von Technologieprojekten des Unternehmens, die die Bearbeitung von Personendaten erfordern
  • Erarbeitung von Verträgen, Rechtsgutachten, internen Notizen und anderen Dokumenten im Zusammenhang mit den betreffenden Geschäftsfeldern

Damit begeistern Sie uns ####

  • Sie verfügen über ein Anwaltspatent und haben mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in einem Unternehmen oder einer Anwaltskanzlei in den oben genannten Rechtsbereichen.
  • Muttersprache Französisch, sehr gute schriftliche wie mündliche Deutschkenntnisse, Italienisch- und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Sie sind aufgeschlossen, dynamisch und belastbar, haben ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenzen und können mühelos mit den unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern umgehen.
  • Sie arbeiten pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert, verfügen über analytische, redaktionelle und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und verhandeln geschickt und zielstrebig.
  • Sie sind teamfähig, schätzen eine kooperative und interdisziplinäre Arbeitsweise und interessieren sich für die verschiedenen Sprachregionen der Schweiz.
