Description de l'entreprise

Au sein de l'Office de la protection de l'environnement de l'administration nationale du Liechtenstein, les tâches classiques d'exécution environnementale ainsi que les thèmes centraux de la politique environnementale future sont regroupés. Cela inclut notamment les domaines de l'eau, des déchets, des produits chimiques, du bruit, de l'air et du climat. Nous sommes responsables de la protection, de la surveillance, de l'autorisation, du contrôle et du conseil ainsi que de la mise en œuvre des exigences légales dans le domaine de l'environnement. En outre, nous gérons les dossiers de la politique environnementale et climatique internationale.

Description du poste

Vous vous sentez à l'aise dans les domaines d'activité suivants :

  • Conseil juridique et traitement des questions dans les domaines spécialisés du service
  • Élaboration d'ordonnances, de décisions, d'avis ainsi que de projets de lois et de règlements
  • Examen des contrats et suivi des évolutions juridiques pertinentes
  • Participation et représentation dans des groupes de travail et comités
  • Traitement des actes juridiques de l'EEE

Qualifications

Ce poste requiert notamment :

  • Diplôme en droit
  • Expérience professionnelle en droit public, droit européen ou dans un domaine juridique comparable
  • Compétences marquées en analyse, planification et organisation
  • Expression écrite impeccable ainsi qu'une grande compétence rédactionnelle
  • Intérêt pour les questions politiques, juridiques et sociétales ainsi que compréhension des contextes professionnels et politiques
  • Bonnes connaissances de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
