Nous souhaitons engager, pour le 1er novembre 2026 ou à convenir, pour notre Service juridique à Neuchâtel un/e : ###

 

Juriste ou avocat/e (60%-90%)

 

Vos défis :

  • Vous défendez les intérêts de nos assurés dans divers domaines juridiques, notamment le droit des assurances, des obligations, de la responsabilité civile et de la circulation routière.
  • Vous gérez les mandats confiés de manière indépendante et avez des contacts fréquents avec nos assuré/es, avec les autorités ainsi qu-avec les assurances.

Ce que vous apportez :

  • Vous justifiez d-un solide parcours universitaire en droit suisse (le brevet suisse d-avocat/e est un atout) et bénéficiez d-une première expérience professionnelle au sein d-une étude d-avocats, d'une assurance ou d-une administration.
  • Vous savez faire preuve d'initiative, travaillez avec rigueur, rapidité et de manière indépendante. Vous êtes très à l-aise dans les contacts humains.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la langue française, vous possédez une facilité de rédaction, une excellente orthographe et des aptitudes avérées à la communication, ainsi que de bonnes connaissances de l-allemand (d-autres langues seraient un atout).
