The posting

Le Service juridique guide l'entreprise et son personnel à travers les méandres du cadre légal et réglementaire et garantit l'intégrité juridique de la SSR.

Votre mission ####

Au sein de l'équipe du Service juridique, vous assumez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Conseil aux rédactions en matière de droit des médias ;
  • Rédaction de réponses aux plaintes destinées à l'Instance indépendante de recours en matière de radio et de télévision ainsi qu'au Conseil de la presse;
  • Suivi des procédures dans le cadre de la loi en matière de transparence de l'administration;
  • Gestion des dossiers contentieux de l'entreprise, le cas échéant en concertation avec les mandataires externes ;
  • Accompagnement juridique de projets technologiques de l'entreprise impliquant le traitement de données personnelles ;
  • Elaboration de contrats, avis juridiques, notes internes et autres documents afférents aux domaines d'activités concernés ;

Votre profil ####

  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un brevet d'avocat.e, avec une expérience de minimum 2 ans au sein d'une entreprise ou d'un cabinet d'avocats dans les domaines juridiques susmentionnés ;
  • Vous êtes de langue maternelle française. Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand, à l'écrit et à l'oral. Des connaissances d'italien et d'anglais seraient un atout.
  • Vous êtes une personne ouverte d'esprit, dynamique et résistante, dotée de solides compétences en communication et vous savez interagir avec aisance avec des parties prenantes très diverses.
  • Vous aimez travailler de manière pragmatique et axée sur les solutions ; vous possédez des compétences analytiques, rédactionnelles et conceptuelles, et vous négociez avec habileté et détermination.
  • Vous faites preuve d'un esprit d'équipe et appréciez une approche collaborative et interdisciplinaire du travail, tout en manifestant un intérêt pour les différentes régions linguistiques de la Suisse.
